- Ensure all interested parties are informed of the quality policy. Ibomowei Group aims to provide “Just in Time (JIT) Quality Services” to our customers.

- Collaborate with all personnel involved in operations, inspections, and installations of life-saving appliances, firefighting equipment, and environmental services to implement the policies and procedures effectively.
- Establish quality standards for the installation of life-saving appliances, firefighting equipment, and environmental services in facilities and vessels, using appropriate resources and competent personnel to ensure high-quality service.
- Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities, implementing corrective actions to prevent or mitigate undesired impacts and potential failures. The Managing Director is responsible for ensuring that the Ibomowei Group’s Quality Policy and expectations are communicated, understood, implemented, and maintained throughout the company, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.
