Incorporated on June 14, 1995, with RC No. 273972, officially launching operations as a fully indigenous company dedicated to delivering high-quality industrial and environmental solutions..
- 2000
Successfully secured and executed our first major contract in the oil and gas industry, marking our entry into one of the most regulated and demanding sectors in Nigeria.
- 2007
Launched specialized services in industrial cleaning and tank decontamination, offering high-pressure water jetting, vacuuming, and chemical cleaning solutions to FPSOs and offshore platforms.
- 2010
Commissioned a 2-ton-per-hour double chamber rotary kiln incinerator, enabling the responsible disposal of hazardous waste including drill cuttings, sludge, and medical waste—reinforcing our environmental stewardship.
- 2014
Earned approvals from major Classification Societies and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for lifeboat and davit system inspections, cementing our credibility in marine safety compliance.
- 2017
Established a rapid deployment team and mobile response units, significantly improving our ability to handle oil spill emergencies and fire safety incidents across Nigeria’s key oil-producing regions.
- 2021
Introduced the supply and installation of premium flexible hoses for high-pressure CO₂ systems, adhering strictly to IMO regulations and OEM specifications.
- 2022
Received full operational compliance approvals from NUPRC, NCDMB, and FEMA, allowing us to expand our services to new clients and operate seamlessly in regulated environments.
- 2023
Opened a dedicated Life-Saving Appliance (LSA) division, offering end-to-end services for lifeboats, rescue boats, davits, and life rafts including certification, repairs, and spare part supply.
