QUALITY POLICY

  • Ensure all interested parties are informed of the quality policy. Ibomowei Group aims to provide “Just in Time (JIT) Quality Services” to our customers.

  • Actively seek and act upon customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with all personnel involved in operations, inspections, and installations of life-saving appliances, firefighting equipment, and environmental services to implement the policies and procedures effectively.
  • Establish quality standards for the installation of life-saving appliances, firefighting equipment, and environmental services in facilities and vessels, using appropriate resources and competent personnel to ensure high-quality service.
  • Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities, implementing corrective actions to prevent or mitigate undesired impacts and potential failures.

The Managing Director is responsible for ensuring that the Ibomowei Group’s Quality Policy and expectations are communicated, understood, implemented, and maintained throughout the company, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.

CASHES POLICY

IBOMOWEI Group prioritizes the implementation of its CASHES Policy on par with key business objectives. We integrate environmental considerations into our decision-making processes and aim to conduct our operations to uphold a high standard of protection for community life, property, and the environment. Our policy mandates that we:

  • Provide a safe, healthy, and secure workplace.
  • Ensure safe plant, equipment, and systems of work.

  • Consider all CASHES aspects in every planning activity and business objective.
  • Hold employees accountable for their own safety and that of their colleagues.
  • Empower employees to halt work if they perceive a violation of our CASHES policy and report it.
  • Prioritize CASHES alongside production, cost, and quality goals.
  • Collaborate with authorities and technical organizations to establish standards and ensure compliance.
  • Regularly review our Environmental Management Plan to align with operational needs.
  • Ensure our operational areas do not suffer detrimentally from our activities.
  • Engage all stakeholders in our operations, recognizing that business sustainability hinges on the health of our resources.
  • Uphold impeccable ethical standards in all business dealings, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers.
